I was recently asked the following question and in the current market I feel that everybody should know the answer. “What does it take to sell my home fast. At the Highest Price without any problems?” Depending on your neighborhood you need to aggressively price your home. You might say, I want the ...

Do you know what the Real Estate Market is doing? Every month or week I hear a report that the real estate market is doing great. Then I hear that the real estate market has taken a turn for the worse. Does anybody really know? Partially I do not think that there is one true answer. There are indica...

In fairness, I've only eaten here once. The food wasn't bad or anything, but it was just

an odd experience. I went expecting a Greek restaurant (Yes I assume based on the name - shame on me). And while they did have some greek items, they also had Italian dishes and American dishes. It seemed like they couldn't make up their mind what they wanted to be, so they crammed 3 or 4 different cultures together on the menu and hoped for the best. Most dissapointing is that they only serve spanakopita on certain days. But you can get Chicken Parmesan any day of the week. Where's the justice!! Anyway, the food was alright, but nothing spectacular. The atmosphere was lazy, homestyle southern diner. Nothing in the way of design. You could've been at a Subway for all the decorating (minus that terrible Subway wallpaper). Overall impression - meh. I wouldn't mind going back, but it's not topping my list either. I guess in the end there's not enough business in Polk County for a purely Greek restaurant to survive?

have had the opportunity to dine out quite often. While, I beleive New York City is the home of some of the best food in the US, if it is Italian Quisine you desire, Il Forno's Italian Restuarant is second to none. From the authentic imported ingredients to the final product, you can not go wrong. The owner/operator is always present and extremely friendly which increases the ambient atmosphere. The staff will always make your orders right, even if something appears wrong. For a great evening out, a wonderful glass of wine with tremendous food, try Il Forno's. I suggest the Chicken Wing Pizza (for those that want something without the red sauce) or the Sicilian Pizza (will melt in your mouth)...either way you can't go wrong...enjoy!!!
